Every time you or someone else on your Farm Team fulfills a Market Order, you gain Adventure Points, which drive your Team Truck further down the path. Each little snowflake on the road is a spot where you can collect a prize. The Arctic Muskox pictured at the top right is the prize you can get when you've unlocked all the treasure chests. In order to keep things fair, you will need a designated amount of Adventure Points yourself before you can open a treasure chest. That way, it won't feel like some team members do all the work while others just reap the rewards.
